Early labor is all about staying home comfortably resting and patiently waiting. OBs and midwives are coaching families to labor at home as long as possible (5-6cm), and this helps prevent unnecessary interventions. Learn the signs and symptoms of early labor, how to labor together more comfortably and confidently, and how to use your doula. BRING CHAIRS!
