In the last week's live session we will be trying a lot of these comfort measures. It's helpful to have an exercise ball, massage tools, a rolling pin, and a long non-stretchy scarf for week 4. This instructor also recommends finding an app or strategy to help with the head game of birth. Recommended apps are: GentleBirth app, Freya App, Expectful app, or Insight Timer. It's not required and the class can be taken without the apps, but it's a great companion.
